What we do
We hold positions for our own account, with a patient horizon and no external investors. Capital is allocated across public and private markets according to our own view of risk and value.
We introduce counterparties and oversee commercial transactions from first contact to completion, working alongside each party's own legal and financial advisers.

How a transaction runs
We identify a suitable counterparty and make the introduction, usually under a confidentiality agreement.
We help both sides assemble the information needed for due diligence, including provenance, title and documentation.
We coordinate the commercial terms and the parties' legal, tax and financial advisers across the jurisdictions involved.
We oversee execution, settlement and delivery through to closing, and remain a point of contact afterwards.

Profile
Casperilliam is a privately owned investment holding company. We invest our own capital and act as a commercial intermediary on selected cross-border transactions.
Our proprietary portfolio covers listed securities alongside private equity, venture capital projects and real estate. We take positions we are prepared to hold for the long term, and we do not manage money for third parties.
Alongside our own investments, we facilitate transactions between parties in different jurisdictions. That work covers identifying and introducing counterparties, coordinating advisers, and overseeing the process through to completion. Our focus has been on natural resources, technology and real estate, though we are not limited to them.
We operate globally, working with counterparties, advisers and partners across a range of jurisdictions.
Principles
We invest from our own balance sheet. Decisions are made by the principals, without the constraints of a fund mandate or redemption cycle.
Counterparties, holdings and transaction details are treated as confidential. We prefer a small number of well-prepared transactions.
We expect clear provenance, documentation and compliance on every transaction we are involved in, and we walk away when they are missing.
